Pantheon of Heroes Charter

Pantheon of Heroes (hereinafter referred to as 'PoH') strives to be a well considered guild in the world of Azeroth, one that is a force to be reckoned with, that lives by a 'code of honor' in all dealings, yet remain a friendly, family oriented group dedicated to having fun.  We do not strive to become an 'uber' guild, but one capable of carrying out successful raids for items we desire, some on our own, some in conjunction with allied guilds. Above all we strive for the PoH Tag to be one of Honor and Integrity. A Player is only as good as his Word and Actions, and the Guild is only as good as its Members.

Code of Honor

1. A member of PoH will always lend assistance where needed, as they are able to.

2. A member of PoH will never cause another to be put into needless danger.

3. A member of PoH will always act fairly, even if it is to his/her own detriment.

4. A member of PoH will never retaliate by means of dishonorable actions. This includes use of un-guilded alts to do so.

5. A member of PoH will always attempt to redress unintentional harm done to another player through his/her actions.

6. A member of PoH will never demand payment for services rendered, donations will be graciously accepted. Exception is for buffs or skills requiring a component or reagent.  The caster or tradesman may require the recipient provide the component or reagent needed, or a monetary sum equal to the cost.

7. A member of PoH will always ensure that loot they are entrusted with as ML is split fairly among those who earned it.

8. A member of PoH will never attempt to gain an item that is an upgrade for another in their group, with intent to sell. If the item is not an upgrade for any, roll to distribute. Misrepresentation of your equipment to gain an item is dishonorable. NBG (Need Before Greed) is a mantra among us.

9. A member of PoH will always keep their word. If you have promised to help someone, you help them, regardless of opportunities that may come up to do something you would rather do. If you know that you will only be able to help for a certain time, let the person know that your time is limited, but you will do what you can in the time you have. The ONLY exception to this is an all-hands call by an officer of PoH.

10. A member of PoH will always treat guild mates, members of allied guilds and all other fellow gamers with respect.

11. A member of PoH will always display their guild tag and talbard proudly.
